We had a super comfy bedroom. The hotel had a central location and it was minutes from a victorian museum. It was located in a nice enough area really close to shops, the restaurant and ski rental.

The family king room was new-fashioned, included a personal safe, central heating, and a work desk. Plus it had an amazing view. Supper friendly and welcoming staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. The location was great, a short walk to St George's Hall Liverpool. The property was set in a nice area.
The hotel staff was really slow.

Loved our stay at hotel and will be back. Had a lovely stay with our kids, we spent 7 nights here, everything was very good. The location offered was peaceful short walk to a short walk to the restaurants in the village, the Mountain and ski lifts. There were a wide range of restaurants to eat, like Le Farcon that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
Some people working there were very slow.
